Shipping costs are dependent on weight and final destination and will be based on UPS rates and charged to the purchaser.
Alternatively your FrontEnder can be sent freight collect on your existing account with any carrier servicing the Markham Ontario area
Most products will be shipped in a wood framed crate to insure safe transport for a charge of $20, $15 and $10 for lifesize,1/2 size and 1/4 size respectively
RETURNS Defective product must be returned in the original packaging and an equal value merchandise credit will apply
Non defective product must be returned in the original packaging freight prepaid and a 20% restocking charge or an equal value merchandise will apply In both cases a Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to returning the package
